Terms and Conditions

• America's Gunsmith Shop stands behind its work with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
• All products require normal maintenance, I acknowledge that failure to properly maintain my product could lead to damage and that America's Gunsmith Shop is not responsible for that damage.
• I acknowledge that product not picked up within 60 days of completion or 60 days of approval of a service quote will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be sold at the discretion of America's Gunsmith Shop and no value will be returned to me.
• I understand that America's Gunsmith Shop has the right to refuse service on any product, including cases where the product is deemed unsafe or unusable.
• I understand that a minimum service fee of $40 will be charged for each non-warranty product to cover diagnostic work.
• Disagreements will be settled by mediation.
• I certify that I am representing myself and my information accurately on this form.
• I understand that my mailing address or email address may be used to send advertisements concerning items at America's Gunsmith Shop.
• I understand that it is my obligation to ensure that my firearms are only accessible to authorized persons over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who has given authorization to possess a firearm.
• I understand that it is unlawful for me to sell, deliver, or otherwise transfer a firearm to a person whom I am aware of have reasonable cause to believe is a juvenile or felon.
• I acknowledge that information on this service order may be reviewed by the BATFE as required by law.
• I acknowledge that modifications made to firearms will void the manufacturer warranty and / or our workmanship warranty.
