It features a grippy, high-density neoprene textured outer material which provides plenty of traction, gripping against fabric for a secure hold. The shell is also soft and so comfortable to wear inside the waistband or in a pocket. The shell is lined with thermoplastic elastomer, a pliable but strong material.
